PLAYER CHARACTERS
MARIO: The all rounded character, famous Red plumber who hangs around Toad Town everyday with his brother, Luigi.
LUIGI: The younger brother to Mario that can jump high, but isn't the brightest when it comes to adventure.
PEACH: A princess turned fair maiden who serves at the castle for King Ramillard. She has the ability to float in the air to cross large pits.
TOAD: A simple denizen who hangs out with Mario and Luigi as their roommate, but is unceremoniously dragged into the King's investigation to find the man responsible for the scheme against Toadstool Kingdom.
THE CELESTIAL COUNCIL
NEBULETTE: Representative of the Legion of Nebulor, she has the ability to create wormholes and can see what's happening through her globe.
SOLARUS: Representative of the Legion of Solaria, he is a warrior with a heart and soul of the stars, fueled by a burning rage when calls for battle arise.
ARTHEMOS: The leader of the Celestial Council and the Empire and son of the previous heir of the Celestial Realms from over five thousand years ago.
STARLINDA: Representative of the Legion of Stardune, she is a more curious soul who was taught to summon spirits to fight by her father's brother, who served in the 3rd Age Uprising.
VORTEMOX: Representative of the Legion of Vortexas, he is a highly skilled weapon smith, primarily uses guns as his means of attack.
THE VILLAINS
FAWFUL: The head honcho of his army, plans to conquer the world, and possesses powers from obtaining the pieces of the Celestial Star.
OMFEK: Scarred head hunter who abandoned Cackle Capitol to escape Cackletta, he was eventually hired by Fawful as his bounty hunter to track down and kill Mario and the gang. He is quick on his feet, but often gets careless when in the heat of the moment.
ELINE: Magic wielder who was banished from Toadstool Kingdom upon causing a wildfire that burned down an entire acre of forest. She tried living in Cackle Capitol, but couldn't bare the abstract lifestyle. Like Omfek, she was brought on by Fawful to find and kill the Mario gang.
GENERAL FAWFUL GUY: The man in charge of leading Fawful's army in his conquest for world domination.
OTHER CHARACTERS
KING ULRICK: King of Toadstool Kingdom who launches an investigation into Bowser for his supposed crimes of destroying Toad Town.
BOWSER: Banished from Toadstool Kingdom for an assault on Toad Town that he never conducted and is now off to find his troop, who are scattered across the land.
AIBILEEN: Advisor to the Celestial Council who powers the barrier between the Sol System and the Celestial Realms and is the sister to Rosalina.
AROURA: Captain of the elite unit of the Celestial Empire, the Specters, and a warrior who serves as the honor guard to the Celestial Council.
