so people what you guys think nintendo should make a new metroid

Ya, but for the 3DS and in 2.5D, similar to Metroid Fusion.

My 30th birthday and I'll buy the trilogy metroid other m and do you recommend?

Get:
-Metroid Prime Trilogy for Wii/Wii U
-Metroid: Other M (shut up haters) for Wii/Wii U
-Metroid Fusion for Wii U Virtual Console
-Super Metroid for Wii U Virtual Console
-Metroid for 3DS/Wii U Virtual Console
-Metroid II for 3DS Virtual Console

And while you play those, wait for the the new Metroid to come out and be hyped for E3 this year.

This. Exactly this. I have to say Fusion was the best Metroid game thus far that I've played aside from linearity. If they could make a Metroid Fusion style Metroid, with the Linearity of Super Metroid, that would be fucking awesome. I would love to see that, being the Metroid fan I am.

You don't have to buy the classic games. You can just emulate them with your computer.

I'm a big fan of the series and I've completed every game. And I thought they were all great. Get the Metroid Prime Trilogy, they're all fantastic games. Or get Metroid Prime 1 and 2 for the GameCube (can be played on the Wii) if you can since you already own Metroid Prime 3? And get Other M, too. While it's very different from the Prime games, it pays great tribute to the classic titles (Super Metroid, Metroid Fusion) and it's one of the best games for the Wii.

I would most definitely recommend Super Metroid, Metroid Fusion, and the Metroid Prime Trilogy(the ones you still need, anyway). All of the games were by far my favorites in the series.

He said he'll play the classic games using emulators, but yeah, Super Metroid is my personal favourite video game of all time.

Super Metroid was first and my favorite but I played zero mission and very good too.

So are you guys indirectly telling me to go back to Super Metroid hacking? Also don't let the Other M haters drag you down. Other M is a fantastic game if you look at it the right way, and I had a lot of fun playing it. I still own it in mint condition too, I bought it brand new for $60.

Half the internet is illegal.

Just because no one cares and that a lot of things on the internet are illegal it doesn't make emulation any less illegal.

I have metroid zero mission on my ds emulator does not like my ds lite is and super metroid and metroid game on wii
