a problem that I have:

It's sad that people only can submit one level, but there are 5 weeks left to do something with all those blocks and items

There are many other alternatives to mediafire, as listed in the submission topic, namely dropbox, google drive or (provided the file is small enough, which it likely should be) discord.

There is no scenario in which you would have to use mediafire, but it isn't strictly forbidden (just heavily looked down upon, because it can generally be unsafe to download from).

But, yes, you are allowed to show your level to other people before it is done.

Fyi, in vanilla contests, you need to only use the stuff that is in the editor, the only custom thing you can use is custom music.

The term "Vanilla" means using only out-of-the-box assets when making your level. For the purposes of this contest, this means that you may not use any custom graphics, txt files, lua scripts or sound effect overrides. The ONLY CUSTOM THING you are allowed to use is custom music, because as good as Fleet Gilde is as a song, it might not do well at getting the mood of your level across.

The rules are fairly clear in this regard. You can do everything you can do from the editor, with the exception of things that aren't "in the spirit of vanilla". So, no graf/crate-scripting. But for Klonoa, there is a character block which is about as accessible as the character block for luigi, or a question mark block for that matter. Neither of those two are banned, so Klonoa's isn't, either.

2. If a level has lag issues, is it disqualified?
