Russia/Ukraine Communications and Aid

So from the outset I just want to say this thread is not for discussion of the day-to-day events in the war nor geopolitics. This thread is for everyone directly affected by the conflict, sharing aid resources, and resources to evade ongoing communications being shut down and censored by Russia, Ukraine, and the EU. If you would like to share charities, please ensure they're trustworthy and aid will be given to civilians only either in Ukraine or Russia.

Radio is the last form of communication left when internet, phones, and TV go down because it's not as fragile. So I want to boost this and encourage donations to radio broadcast stations covering the war.
