Spencer Everly's Costume Playables (v1.1.1)

At long last. Everybody wanted some of these costumes, so here they finally are. They're from SMAS++, which were ported over to work on all installs of SMBX2.
All assets to make them are also included as well. Some assets won't be included though, such as the raw Wrapper: Offline project files used to combine Kayloo together, or several misc. things.
