smbx 1.4.5 is a misnomer for said version. it's an alternate version of the engine made from scratch which has no relation (and is incompatible for the most part) with smbx2. a more commonly used name for it is smbx-38a (named after the creator) in order to avoid exactly this misconception.

False. All forms of SMBX are welcome here, tho this forum is mostly focused on X2 and X1.
