How do you reset warp and door numbers?

Forgive me if this has been asked before. I searched but couldn't find it. Is there a way to reset the numbers on the warps and doors? When you add a new route, it increments to the next number. But even if you delete old warps, it still increments to the next number. Is there a way to start over with number one?

clicking the "reload current file" button inside the pge editor (the one to the right of the grid snap toggle) should do the trick.
