There are some GFX I downloaded that, when I put them on my level, they don't have a Tileset configured, and with that, they are all scrambled and, I don't know how to use them, and then?

and then... what? you can still use them as you would with vanilla graphics, you just have to switch between tabs more. or you can just go into the custom tab yourself and make your own tileset if you wish for them to be organized in a specific way.

There's no way for me to use them, they are all shuffled in various Tilesets tabs, some are in SMB1, others in SMB3, and more in SMW, etc. They're not all together in one place, I've already downloaded other GFX and, in the Custom tab, they were all together, and the one I downloaded didn't come.

what i'm saying is exactly that you can still use them. there's nothing that prevents you from clicking on them and placing them in the editor just because they're in the default tabs instead of a custom tileset. unless your issue is that it's overwriting graphics which you're already using in your level? if that's the case, renaming the files is all it should take to fix that (also as i said, there's nothing that prevents you from organizing the graphics yourself by clicking the "new tileset" button inside the custom tab)
