I need some kind of smw-styled city background thats kinda similar to the city background from new super mario world 2 around the world. but any other background might work.

It's a topic for SMBX screenshots that can be found in the General subforum.

Also, yes, correct. I've made a new SMW-styled Dadish 2 City background that you can use. It's at night time, by the way. I could release it early if you ask permission. Note that since I use Discord more, I tend to not reply on the forums a lot so be patient.
