Monitor Powerups Extension for MrDoubleA's Monitors

An extension for MrDoubleA's Sonic Monitors (from his NPC Pack) that adds NPCs that act as powerups granting each of the unique effects the Monitors can grant. (Speed Shoes, Plain Shield, Thunder Shield, Flame Shield, Bubble Shield)
Note that you will need to have MrDoubleA's Monitors present whenever you use these in a level, even if you don't use the monitors themselves. This is done to ensure compatibility (by triggering the same code the monitors themselves use), should the monitors and the powerups be used together in a level.
