I don't post here all too often, but I like to upload a level here and there to gauge others' opinions of my work. Typically I utilize sprites sourced from many different games, which results in a slightly odd level appearance. There's no art-stlye. This time I've tried to stick with exclusively Mario World styled graphics.

Flash Flood Forest is a moderately difficult level with lots of tricks and traps. Part of the difficulty comes from the thick forest the level takes place in, which obscures vision somewhat.

(EDIT: I've been alerted the custom Rain effect may warrant an epilepsy warning, so please be careful.)

You mean after recording it, the rain becomes an epilepsy hazard? Ill change that right away.

Hello I recorded this level but the background causes seizures

Ok I've uploaded a version which removes the diagonal rain layer, replacing it with the built in SMBX rain. Sorry for any trouble that may have caused. It never looked to bad on my monitor, maybe it was the refresh rate?
