P-Speed Animations Request! (Make the character's arms Go out at a certain Speed)

This may sound silly, but i am NOOB at lunalua, i would love someone to make a script that allows mario and luigi to do a p-speed animation when they hit a certain speed, Please develop a script please, it can be pretty easy as people like MrDoubleA has done this before with his cape feather script for anotherpowerup.lua, and his SMW costume! but i want it to work with the default costume that mario and luigi has, which is the SMB3 Costume, please make it work for me!
