Can anyone do a NSMBW Beach background like this one but no mountains, only those green hills?

I guess this could be a shot. Would you expect someone to rip it from this image?

I already have it ripped from the game's files but I attempted this and it just looked bad. I was hoping someone can recreate it with that SMB3 style, similar to those NSMBU backgrounds of Sparkling Waters and Frosted Glacier.

Yeah. When I was ripping the NSMBU ice tileset, its quality was bad. I tried to fix it but no. Anyways how do you rip backgrounds?

You can get it from Squishy's GFX pack 1.5, with SMB3 hills and NSMBW mountains, but you can remove the mountains.

Eh.. I rather not. It just doesn't look like it would fit in my opinion.

Well, we need the spritesheet. PM to reghrre or another great GFX designer, cause I'm not good at revamping these GFX to 16-bit. Maybe there would be a tutorial on how to revamp these GFX to 16-bit? Your request will not be fulfilled until we get the spritesheet, just like my unreasonable requests. Whatcha want the background to replace?

The Acorn Plains, Sparkling Waters and Frosted Glacier backgrouds and NSMBU Water Sprout were made without a spritesheet. Just a screen was used and then the designers carefully drew something looking like what was in the image.
It's a lot of work making one of those, though. I remember Darkchao having one for the desert world even, but I'm sadly too busy at the moment so to this for you.
