Mario Party U? That came out of nowhere, considering it hasn't even been announced yet. I think this is fake, actually. There is no possible way a game that no one knows about is coming out so soon.

It's a leak. Just like the Smash Bros leaks, it might be fake.
If it is real, METROID.

I agree Kep. The chances for this being true are minimal! But in E3 2013 there were one game announced being DKC:TF. So this could be true, but I don't think so

ZOMFG F-ZERO GX, SUPER MARIO SUNSHINE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH METROID 3DS AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
I'm so stoked about this! This is actually really making the chances of me getting a Wii U. Also I plan to get Metroid 3DS, I need to kick out the dusty 3DS that's been on my shelf for like a year unused.

nintendo of america doesn't release games in july
x isn't coming out in september, not to mention there's not a single official document that refers to the game as x anyway, it's always been referred to as "New title developed by MONOLITH SOFTWARE INC"

This is clearly faked, as the registered trade mark symbol is missing in the heading, and it's on standard printer paper. Anyone could throw together a wish list and call it a leak anyway.
There's no point in debate of whether this leak is real or fake, and doing so accomplishes nothing.
