Star Coin Bug

Npc-310 doesn't work for me. I have tried setting its index both manually and before placing the coin but it doesn't seem to work for me. Whenever I reload the level, load up another level or test the game the index gets set automatically to 0...I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do, the advice I already got doesn't help. I think it's a bug that I've found.
