P-Switch Block & YI P-Switch ! Blocks are Jank!

I'm not sure anyone else is aware of this, but the P-Switch Toggle Block (block-670) & the YI P-Switch ! Block and Outline (blocks 689 & 690) don't work properly. When the P-Switch Toggle Block is activated, the dotted block outlines & ! Block toggle like they're supposed to, but then when the effect ends, they only switch back for maybe a split second (a few frames) but then switch back again.

Also, before I hit the P-Switch Toggle Block, the section's Custom music was playing, then switches to the P-Switch music for the duration of the effect. But when the effect ends, it plays the set music (from the default tracks) from another section instead of that section's custom music.

i might be wrong here, but isn't this the intended behavior (i.e. permanent toggle)? the description says "when a P-Switch is pressed" not "while a P-Switch is pressed" and if i recall correctly, the toggle is permanent in yoshi's island as well. this behavior is present with normal p-switches as well, not just toggle blocks.

this part's definitely a bug though.

When the P-Switch Toggle is hit, the Temporary P-Switch effect goes into effect, complete with the P-Switch time limit music, letting you know that the effect is temporary, which is the default behavior of the P-Switch effect.

If the P-Switch Toggle was meant to just permanently switch the YI ! Blocks & their outline blocks (and bricks and coins as well) then the music effect wouldn't play & they would just switch.

i think you might've misunderstood me as i had never mentioned coins or bricks (though the description for the blocks in the editor which i was going off of does seem to be inconsistent with the actual behavior of the yoshi's island exclamation blocks which i was wrong about in my original post, so i can't really be certain)

I'm merely stating the P-Switch Effect's default behavior. It swaps bricks into coins & coins into bricks, and in the case of the P-Switch Toggle block, it switches the YI ! Blocks with the outline version. But the fact of the matter is, the P-Switch Effect is only temporary & last about 12 seconds then reverts back. The Toggle block follows the same behavior as the Button version of the switch, except that once the effect stops, it's supposed to revert back, but only for a split second then switches back to the arrangement when the effect was going on.

This seems like a bug that either got overlooked or they couldn't figure out how to fix it.
