Hey! Have you ever wanted to make an auto-scroll level with tanks but the tank wheels in the base editor don't move and it's really difficult to use the NPC one because it moves on its own? Look no further! Now you too can use smb3 all-stars tank wheels that not only move (not NPCs) but also come in right-moving variants! Isn't that nifty?

the main selling point should probably be the variable length, not that they don't move (you can check "don't move" for the wheel npc and change it's framestyle if you need it not to move on it's own)

True, variable-length was a huge factor in making it. I made this post late at night, and the first thing I could think of was "it's finally an animated tank wheel that isn't an NPC" and went with that.
I'll be sure to edit it later to mention the variable length.
