SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS!

I am having a problem n my level, which is when something goes down, it comes back from the top. The problem is only happening in one of the levels. Here's an example:

So, can somebody give me a solution? I am having trouble making the level. And there is no script running too.
The second picture is most annoying. If Mario falls, he respawns from the top.

Please give me a solution.

You may not be able to find much help in these forums considering most people use 2.0 in this forums. I suggest you should ask the same question in Wohlstand's Forums, as they specifically focus on 1.4/38A.
