Wario Land 4 Wario and Waluigi

So I'd like to see a playable Wario Land 4 Wario (replacing Wario obviously) and Waluigi (replacing Peach, the gliding is similar to Waluigi's air swim)
Wario would have his Wario Land 4 appearance, and Waluigi would have his appearance based off of this sprite sheet:

It's a Wario Land 4 styled Waluigi.
Both of them would probably need to be expanded for their powerups.
I didn't really like Wario's default appearance and both this Wario and Waluigi would look better alongside SMW Mario and Luigi so I'd like it if this was made.
