A Very Suspicious Night

Well I made a level, that's new, it's been a long time since I last released one. This one is pretty basic overall, very much a World 1 level I suppose you could say. However, there's a little surprise waiting for you, a little surprise that wouldn't have been possible without the help of Megadood. Let's just say the level itself is not the main focus here... Enjoy!

Be sure to move the level file outside of the level folder before playing, otherwise you will get an error.

A small note to anyone who wants to record this level, the secret area containing the Power Star does use music that Youtube will probably flag for copyright, so you may want to mute that section. I wouldn't normally use anything other than normal game music, however, the song used, relates to the little "surprise" you'll find in the main body of the level.

Sweet Jesus, the moon chasing me after I beat this level freaked the hell out of me. I was expecting some cheap jumpscare but you really built up the surprise well with the music, the darkness, and the moon being there most of the time... I had to stare at it all this time, thinking it might try something funny at me, and then BOOM.

Okay, not sure what the point of the fire flower under the note blocks is, given that you can't get to it. If it was a leaf it would at least be reasonable...

Also, great background and good choice of music, I wish more levels could use them and similar stuff...
