Good job on the Stilt Guy, do you have plans for any more shy guy variants since you've covered all the basic ones except for maybe mufti guys?

Aren't you forgetting about Fat Guy, Flamer Guy, Mufti Guy/Petal Guy, Mace Guy, Rocket Guy, Pirate Guy, Glide Guy, and Shy Stack. Although that's a lot even without including Spear Guy and Dancing Spear Guy and I don't think Megadood plans to make all of them.

I plan on making a few of those at some point. Just been busy with other projects atm but will come back to make some more later on.

Wasn't expecting Snifits to be added to this NPC Pack since I thought it was going to be just Shy Guys. If the Shy Guy extended family is included I wonder if that means we could see Bandits and their variants in this NPC Pack.

Surprise! I added Mega Guys to the pack as well, they act basically the same as regular Shy Guys, aside from producing a big egg when eaten.

There is a problem with the Petal Guys where after jumping on them, they seem to not disappears but turn invisible and invincible with the player able to bounce over them if jumping and being hurt if walking against their side.
The Mega Guys doesn't jump as much as they should when coming from a pipe, making them still on the top of where they spawned which is quite annoying on a 2 blocks large platforms like the pipes are.

You need to add regular shy guys into your level in order for the petal guys to work, as they transform into them. I usually assume that people will add regular shy guys to their levels as most variants require them. As for the Mega Guy thing, I'll make a fix soon.

There is some problem when placing NPCs like the spear guys while using "snap to grid". They usually go lower than expected, meaning they clip into the ground. If it's a solid ground, the dancing one will just place itself over because the clipping is small with only 2 pixels into the ground when placed, but the spear guy clipping far more (6 pixels?) will disappear under the screen. A simple test is to try to put a block under these NPCs in the editor while using the grid, it's impossible. Only the Pike Guy doesn't have this problem, so it would be nice if a fix was done to align both physic and GFX of the misaligned Spear Guys the same way as the Pike Guy one.

I tested it and on my end it seemed to work fine, I had no problems with misalignment and they didn't fall through the ground.
Have you changed any editor settings at all for this to occur? And have you edited the spear guys at all? I'm not sure what the problem is as I can't replicate your issue.
Adding grid offsets to what you suggested seems to make no difference to how they look in editor, unless it's greater or lower than those values, so if it's somehow not showing up for me or it's being automatically aligned I don't know. PGE can be weird sometimes.

Anyway, I updated the thread with these changes so hopefully it makes a difference. Please post an update and let me know if it fixed it or DM me on discord, I am curious to know if the changes fix it or not.
