[SMBX2] Modern Toad that replaces Toad

I think replaceing Toad with a Modern Toad for my wip project
Speifications:
-SM3DW ish style but 2d
-All seven power ups

I think that would be a good addition for having a SMM2 SMB3 All-stars Toad for SMBX2. It could look awesome!
