Looking for something like a 3D Boo and maybe a 3D Big Boo

There was a graphic that was in the graphics forum that showed a Boo that looked 3D. I couldn't find it on the forum anymore, so I am requesting for that 3D or 2.5D Boo, and maybe a 3D or 2.5D Big Boo as well. I don't know anything about coding or making sprites, or any of that. So I'm reaching out to those who are really good at making sprites and coding.

Here are the files to help to find that Boo graphic if it helps. It was the Boo graphic that used effect-92 and effect-92m GIFs, along with npc-43 and npc-43m GIFs. So if anyone could either create that or link it to me, I'd appreciate it.

I would love to see a Big Boo version as well.
