Custom Maverick Thwomp Issues?

I've replaced that GFX of the Maverick Thwomp. That GFX also has a different width then the normal Maverick Thwomp sprite. 56 pixels to 48 pixels. However: for some bizarre reason, this causes the Maverick Thwomp to literally fly backwards in milliseconds. So fast that all you can see is a small flicker of the sprite.
But this ONLY happens when the Maverick Thwomp has it's bottom touching ground. When in the air it operates perfectly, and both it's sides and top can touch blocks. But the bottom causes it to freak out.
Is there anyway to fix this?

I also faced the same problem so either remove the height and width flags or set a custom grid size

Doesn't alter anything. I suppose I'll just have to be crafty with placement.
