I've got $60 in my steam account and Watch_Dogs releases next week. Do I buy it now or do I wait forever for fresh low prices?

Buy it now so you get the pre-release content packaged with it, it's exclusive after all!
Also, when it releases, I'm going to wait for somebody to review it, then I'll decide whether to download it. If I like it, I'll find money to purchase it.

time to upgrade my laptop ram to 6GB, also i found some sites that sell this game around $40

I preodered it for PS3, but it was delayed! D: Looks like I was jipped $10 on that I was suppose to get it in November buuut....it didn't come out. Looks like a fucking fantastic game though.
