Resize backgrounds

1. How can I make bigger or shorter a background?
2. I must use codes?

Just use a custom graphic. SMBX2 will resize them automatically.

Even the vanilla SMBX 1.3 allows using background pictures of any size, that was just not expected until h2643 investigated this ability.

That's... not true, Wohl. 1.3 won't resize things to be larger than their original image size automatically.

BGO right, background pictures can I mean. The only condition: background's height should not be lower than 600 pixels, otherwise it will glitch.

True. 1.3 can resize section backgrounds, but not to below 600 height. SMBX2 removes that restriction, I believe, and also provides methods to create custom parallaxing with just a .txt file.
