LunaLua 0.7.3.1 is the last version released as a standalone for Vanilla SMBX packages, you may see something here on the archived page here:

there's no benefit with that. 1.3.0.1 was made long before lunalua.

Also the fact, "1.3.0.1" is still the same as "1.3" with no actual changes, except for minor tweaks at resources.
