Yoshi Eggs

Yoshi eggs have 8 variants. Each variant represent what color of Yoshi you can get, except for the green one because it's also used if the egg contains a non-Yoshi NPCs. Since there are 7 variants that are only specific to one NPC, I wonder if it is possible to manipulate the NPC connected to a certain variant of Yoshi egg.

For example, Blue Yoshi egg is shown if it contains a Bob-omb or Red Yoshi egg is shown if it contains Podoboo's Shoe.
