Need help finding a custom NPC

So I recently started planning out an episode and thinking about which custom NPCs and scripts I should use. I found one in this video that I really like, however I cannot find a download link, or even just the GFX and code, for it anywhere. It's the group of platforms with a skull at the end that moves up and down (well that's what I'm calling it because I have no idea what it's actually called). If anyone could find a download code, it would be much appreciated!

Same way you attach a layer to any NPC. Set its attach to layer option.
