In a new adventure. Mario and Luigi team up with characters from the 2K1X series in order to save the world from a new threat. One day, after the events of Super Talking Time Bros 2.5, a portal opened up in the skies of Gear City, releasing a mysterious poison that brainwashed the citizens. The portals also appeared in other places, including the Mushroom Kingdom!. Together, Mario, Luigi and the rest of the crew go on an epic adventure to save the world.
