How do I make custom message boxes?

Right now I'm using the original built-in method aka making events and adding message boxes to them. Which works fine, but is kinda generic. I'm looking for something similar to what's shown in this 1.3.0.2 preview:



Is there some sort of LunaLUA thing I can use to make custom message boxes and attach them to events? Any help will be appreciated.
