[Lua] Simple Star Coin HUD v2

Hey y'all, posting my first mod here! This does what it says on the tin! This is a simple HUD that shows Star Coins, in two different scenarios.
The first scenario is if you want to replace the Star Coins counter, because the HUD was removed from another mod, because you want to replace the images used, you want to change the spacing, center it, etc.
Another use case is for the usage of showing how many star coins you have in front of doors/pipes!
A guide on how to use this for your episode/level is provided within the lua file itself.
