These are not opinions.

These are mistakes I have made in the past and I am trying to prevent you from doing the same.

Furthermore, why are people also ignoring me? I've already explained why DarkMatt should not be a moderator.

And it's nice to see people are still slagging me off (including Quill, a RESPONSIBLE administrator) via IRC.

This isn't fair.
This isn't fair at all.
Excuse me? When was I slagging you off exactly?

You seriously need to control your ego.

Frankly having a poll wasn't the best idea. I think the staff team should select the next moderator. Anyway, I'm now advocating the addition of the Junior Staff group as it worked pretty well at Trekweb.

Okay, let's look at the current standings, folks.

1st Place - reghrhre, as I had predicted.
2nd Place - Blueoak, much to his surprise.
3rd Place - Natsu, which is coolio!
4th Place - SURPRISINGLY ME?! Jeez, I didn't even think this would happen.
5th Place - Yoshibrothers/Pseudo-dino.

To be honest, I'm really surprised to have reached 3rd place so fast. Let's see how far I get, which I assume it won't be too far.

And now for my voting day speech:

I am not here to pat you on the head; that is NOT what global mods do. Frankly, if you're expecting me to act like a civil, friendly guy if I am elected into office, then you really do not know much about me. I do not tolerate idiocy, and I do not let things slide just because they didn't know better. I have demonstrated this time and again and if you haven't noticed this by now, then I seriously question why you're voting for me.

However, I do what others may just never consider: render verdicts. I know who should get the boot and who should get a slap on the wrist. While others might stay stock still wondering who to believe, I will already be supporting a side. If you report a post, I will already be there, looking at it and deciding what to do with it. I will not fail to answer the call for justice and I will not falter in quelling the hearts of this community.

I will work with my fellow moderators to solve problems in this community. If you think I ban people just by mere annoyance, you have not seen me behind the scenes. I pull the ears of others. I let the community authorize the bigger guns. I would never ban someone just because they have an unfavorable opinion. And in the event I do, I am open to reason, understanding, and persuasion. Through my iron fist I will show cracks of tolerance others will not know how to form, and although most intimidating, I will lend my hand towards those that need it.

I am cruel. I am knowing. I am fair.

(You guys can change your vote.)
