[BGO Pack] Rotating BGOs by Enjl

How to use:
- Every BGO with rotation should have a background-***r.png file for the rotating part.
--- If you want the entire BGO to rotate, make the base image invisible and use a ***e.png in the ini for the in-editor display.
- In the BGO.txt, specify the customrotation flag. It serves as a speed multiplier for the rotation timer.
- require("rotatingbgos") in your luna.lua file

Neato, Enjl. If you place on a SMW tree it will look like a windmill. Since we have angry cow enemies, someone with no ideas (like me) can make a farmer level! Anyways, great rotating windmill and I see potential for those for a level.
