Pseudo's Old SMBX Archive

I have a ton of old SMBX content lying around on my computer, which I recently have come to realize holds great value to the history of the SMBX community. I've collected them here for your viewing and playing enjoyment.
I should say first that none of these were made by me. I have done my best to properly credit the creators of these episodes, though this was made difficult or impossible in many cases due to the creators not including any evidence of their authorship within either a readme or the world file's credits.
Additionally, this is meant to encompass episodes from early SMBX that are either believed to have been lost or otherwise likely to have been completely forgotten due to the loss of history from the original forums, Trekweb, and Knux forums eras. Episodes that I believe to be in wide circulation are omitted, including those old episodes that are already included in Knux's SMBX Classics Collection, though I did include the Invasion 1 for posterity.
All of these episodes should be compatible with SMBX2 to a large extent, though as most of them were made with SMBX 1.0 or 1.1 there may be some small compatibility issues due to minor physics changes.
The archive contains a readme with the most extensive credits given possible.

Hope you enjoy these rare bits of history.
