thanks, the alternate castle bg was once the tileset for the final castle of the original mario time, but as you may know i cancelled that project so...

You should really have your texture in your grass tileset aligned to a set light source. The way its currently shaded defies where you set the lightsource of your tiles. It also does not give your texture a sense of volume.

Wow these look great! I think the Spider Caves and the Clockwork Ruins are the most interesting, so I can't wait to see them Darkonius. Your new tilesets that you were working on the other day look great in SMBX.
