how do i play multiplayer!!!! i try to play but i cant because there is an error,can anybody help?

Multiplayer is broken in SMBX2. It still works in 1.3 and the XTech, however.

I assume it works in 38A (1.4) since that was made from the ground up but I haven't played that yet.

The way I read the question, do you even have a partner to play with or do you want to play with yourself?

In SMBX38A online is blocked so yeah

This is, once again, not true.

Multiplayer works just fine in SMBX2, but not with any characters other than Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, and Link.

Oh, I didn't know that. I just saw everywhere that it is broken. Also the battle mode doesn't t work either (from experience, I imported the maps from 1.3) so that probably contributed to my viewpoint.
