Super Mario Bros. 85' is a remake of the original Super Mario Bros. that was on the NES, but with many more things such as upgraded graphics, realistic lighting on some levels, weather (rain, snow etc...), and two bonus worlds!

I hope you enjoy the game, this is the best episode I've made so far.

Wow, this got released 11 day ago and no one commented yet, Im wondering how is this episode, it look a pretty good remake.

Seeing the lighting in the firebars of the castle picture, and the detailed retro background in the overworld picture, I'm more than sure this is gonna be a great SMB1 remake (and I love the 85 of the title)

Are you sure? I just checked and the world map is working. Are you using SMBX 2.0 to play it?

yeah. I went through and had to re-erase the save files. been working fine since.

I am having the same issue, after stucking in world map I restarted my PC it worked fine but an error appeared, I clicked on ok, after when I got into a level another error appeared I clicked ok but it appeared again and again, so I clicked cancel and all the new features disappeared.

In which version have you made the episode, PAL or beta 4 ?

If the creator created it on patch 3 too, then I don't know what could be the problem, maybe the creator of SMBX or a staff could have an idea of the problem.

Wow, I just played this episode and finished every level, the remake was so beautiful, with all the lighting and stuff, the new level are fun and not hard at all exept 9-3 (The one with spring) but the only thing that was not good is that you cant backtrack by pipe and when you beat the game, you are stuck in world S forever, but really good episode, I played it and 100% it in 1 sitting, loved it.

Wait a minute.... where is the pop up message that you got??? I did every level and didn't got any error message, I use beta 4 patch 3.

Well, when I re-downloaded the episode I did not get any pop-up message.

How is it blocked on your pc? Let me guess parents?

Great Remake, I loved the asthetics, and the 2 extra worlds were great.
