Skewers are only in 2.0. they’ve been made in 1.3 but by changing a lot of gfx and a lot of events and shit.

I know, it is called 1.4, but here we call the version 38A after its creator's username. Saves on confusion.

I was finally given the download link for the graphics of the skewers in the reference. Thank you for trying to help, but I can finish the rest of the skewers on my own.
