[Sound Pack] High Quality Sound Pack Fix.

I've always been bothered by certain sounds still sounding compressed even after using the quality sound pack, so I fixed the ones that bugged me. The only thing this adds is higher quality Link Sound effects and a higher quality Ring Sound effect.

To use this, you either need Super Mario Bros X with LunaLUA, or Super Mario Bros X2.

To use this, just extract it to the main folder of Super Mario Bros X and it should work from there.
