Can anyone help me at creating a blue shell powerup?

So this is for my new game with SMBX 2.0 Beta 4, And i Want a blue shell.
So you may be like: Why dont you make it yourself
Well...I cant:!:

but rather a nice one like wheel kirby, But with shells!

1. Research a little more, actually search this forum and you'll find that it's not possible.

2. Format your post so it's actually readable without squinting. Just because you CAN use eye-gouging colors for text, doesn't mean you should.

3. Actually use the preview to see these problems as well as how formatting in your post will or won't work.

4. Next time you use a video as an example, don't link to some "earrape for the lulz" video.

Do these four things next time and you'll either already have your answer as you would have here, or if not, then people might actually want to help ya out when they can read what you're writing and not go deaf from any links in your posts.
