Golden Pyramid

The First level i'll post on these forums, constructive criticism is welcome.
This Level was made in SMBX2 Beta 4 Patch 2

This Level is quite short so it can be beaten in a couple of minutes.

I've made some of the gfx myself (koopa, goomba, etc...)

You kind of got a little too carried away with the darkness GFXs for this level tbh. Even the outside of the pyramid looks dark....

Now that's something I have never seen done before. Interesting. The pics look cool. Good job.

Alright, so I played this level out of sheer curiosity because it looks really cool. However, i was disappointed when I played through it and nothing interesting happened. It was a slow crawl through a cool level that did genuinely nothing. There were goombas and koopas, and later on ninjis and that was the entire bank of challenges here. Most of the hops ninjis couldn't even jump all the way across.

It's clear the entirety of this level's effort went into how it looks and none of it went anywhere else. Cool looking, rather disappointing in every other regard. If i were to throw a score out of 10 I'd probably say 4/10.
