Is this a Mega Man whatever installment it is ROM hack? The hack looks a bit lazy & TOO Colorful for (Nintendo Entertainment System) standards imo. But good playthrough though

This looks too hard not to repeatedly save state and load state. It's gotta be based on NES standards.
