This level took about a month to make (mostly because I'm a lazy puck lol), but here it is

This level includes walljumping as a mechanic.
It also contains 9 Dragon Coins spread out throughout the level, as well as a script that makes you start the level as big Mario, even at the checkpoint(s)

Nothing wrong with taking months to do a level if you really want it to be amazing.

Now if you spend months on a level and it's a horrible world 1 level them something is not right lol j/k.

Anyways I wanted to let you know the images don't work for me. Try to re upload them maybe.

That doesn't help either. Pretty odd hosting service you're using. Try something like imgur.

I was using Google Images with TinyUrl for the links, and it works perfectly for me. Probably because I am the one who posted this though, will try using Imgur

TinyUrl for the links
Please don't use link shorteners, we assume all shortened links are links to malware as a precautionary measure.

Oh, okay. Will take account of that next time. I had already put imgur links for convenience

Could you upload a zip file to mediafire that includes all your level content?
The way mediafire works is that you can only download one file at a time without a premium account and the way it's set up right now requires the user to download each graphic file one by one, and since there's a 100 of them, people are most likely not going to download the level.
Does it work like that? I thought I had uploaded the folder with everything... I'll fix it ASAP
(god, I'm bad at this lol)

Edit: Fixed!

I'm kind of used to 1.4.5's ice physics, so it wasn't that bad of a hassle when I was play-testing it, but you're right, the momentum always felt a bit wrong. Is it too late for me to edit the level so that it isn't slippery?

No you can go ahead and update it.
There, I removed the slipperiness. It was kinda weird since ice is supposed to be, well, slippery, but GOD it felt so much better playing through it.

I'm making levels around all course elements in SMM2 as a challenge, and this one is all about the common types of blocks (?-blocks, bricks, etcetera)
I know, it doesn't sound that interesting, but I tried to make it fun :')

This level contains the usual 5 dragon coins.

Judging by the 4th screenshot of this custom 1.4.5 level, did you add a "Wall Jumping" teascript in this level? Or these 2 arrows are just made for decoration?

The first 2 screenshots make it seem like the level is designed more around sliding, because all special blocks (and enemies if you slide) present in those screens are essentially meaningless (and the third screenshot features just as many). Considering you can put anything into a ?-Block, I'm surprised not more of that is showcased.

It's a precise jump, in a P-switch run. You're supposed to jump off the bottom ledge while going right, and then quickly turn to the left to reach the upper one, to then use the little leeway you have to jump to the next platform

Also, whoops. Accidentaly posted this to my earlier level thread. Don't know why

It's not really themed around sliding (at least it's not meant to), i just really like putting slopes in my levels lol

As for the blocks embedded in the ground, they're mostly just decoration. "Mostly" because some of them rise up from the ground using layer events
