Good Evening! I've been spending hours just trying to port this sprite over to SMBX- but have been having immense trouble. Despite multiple attempts to resize, reformat, or just plain rearrange the sprite, I've ran into issues with actually getting it working. Instead, all it does is make this happen.

So I was wondering if anyone could *please* just help, or even do, this for me? It'd be greatly appreciated. Included below is the original, unresized version of the image formatted below.
