I presume it may be because the math for them is tricky, and people who don't fully understand the math (myself included) aren't eager to make a shitty interpretation of the item, like the one in 38A.

Yes they are in 38A but not in X2, but there’s actually a reason, nobody has made them for X2, It’s just that, because something is in 38A it doesn’t mean that X2 devs are going to make them for X2, since this version is just not competing with 38A, just making cool stuff
