Dream Mario Kart?

As the title of this post implies, what exactly would be your "dream" Mario Kart title? Like, what kind of features would you want in the next Mario Kart installment?
For me personally, there's four things I'd like to see from Nintendo.

- Expanded Character "Costumes".
Similar to Mario Kart Tour, [and also Mario Kart 8, but Mario Kart 8 barely dabbled in it], characters could have costumes. There wouldn't be any status changes with the costumes, they would be purely cosmetic. Such as a Bowser Tuxedo costume for Bowser [from Odyssey], or a Dr. Mario costume for Mario. It'd increase the amount of customization available with the characters, and it'd allow for a truly personalized experience. Just like Super Mario 64!

- More Nintendo Character not from Mario.
We have Link, Animal Crossing characters, and Inklings in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. I think Nintendo could expand on this idea, by bringing some characters from the Kirby series, as well as maybe the Pikmin series. Who wouldn't want to race as Olimar, or as King Dedede? People who've played Mario Kart Tour have complained that a lot of the new characters are just reskins of old characters, so completely new characters from non-Mario series could breath new life into the next installment.

- Track Creator.
Not something as intense as Super Mario Maker 2 [I want this to come with the next installment, not be a separate MK "spin-off"], but something where you can build tracks with "blocks" of course elements, such as straight lines, different types of curves, hazards, shortcuts, and so on. There could also be some themes you can choose from. They could all be styled similar to how Super Mario Kart courses are styled in the later games, to ease up hardware requirements. You should also be able to share your tracks online, so others can enjoy them.

- Cup Creator.
While this isn't a big "feature" type of thing, it'd be really cool to make your own four-track cup out of the courses available in-game [as well as any courses made in the track creator!], and play the cups with either CPU, friends locally or friends online to allow for a good chunk of replayability.
