Your biggest WTF!?!? moment(s) in Gaming

I wanna know what's your WTF moment(s) while you were gaming, these are moments when you look at the screen/monitor and can't believe/ are shocked/or are just angry at what just happened.
For those that care to read my story...
The worst of many that I had, had to be when I was still playing Majora's Mask on an emulator (cuz i'm a cheapo like that). So as i'm playing through I make my way to Ikana Valley, at which point I save my game on that bird statue thing, but I also like to save states as you never know sometimes. So it's 1 or 2 in the morning i'm having a good time playing and eventually I get to the Stone Tower. That thing was a pain in the ass with all the transformations and the Elegy of Emptiness, UGGH. Anyways, I finally make my way close to the top of the Tower, it's like 4 AM so i'm pretty tired and i'm like, "hey why not pick up in the morning" (without saving anything cuz you know i'll just pick it up later). So I set my controller down and put my computer to sleep; a little while later I come up to my computer and I wiggle the mouse around. Nothing happened, my heart starts to beat fast as I realize the power went out last night and all I could say was, "nnnn-n-no-no-NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

I was playing a Super Metroid hack. I quit and when I came back to it... the graphics were all messed up. So I had to go to Samus's Ship, save, and restart.

One time when I was doing Triforce hunting in Wind Waker, I dug up the treasure, and there was a seahat inside me

When I'm on GTA Online and people start pussing out and using RPG's. That really pisses me off, since I only use an RPG for the hell of it. I'm Level 160.
