There are some times that I double post by accident and sometimes I can't delete the dupe.
Is there a solution to it?

Don't press the "Submit" Link twice on the same page while posting. Only one click is enough.

If you want to delete your message, it must be on the latest one (that there is no posts after yours). Then if you see an 'X' on your own posts, there's your delete button and you can delete your post.

I deleted the latest one.
Then no "X' appeared.

Maybe that is because it is from a different member and not yours... you can only delete your posts if it is your own one and it is on the latest spot on a/your topic.

It's my post and I'm sure about that.

Normal users can't delete their posts some time after their post is posted, idk why though but I guess it's because that's how phpbb is coded or something like that.

I now understand this. Please lock.

It actually doesn't work anymore if someone saw it already or maybe the time cause i once posted a message and after 4 days it still had the X.

Actually, users can delete their most recent post as long as nobody has posted after it. There isn't any time limit as far as I know.
