Were is LunaDLL download?

Hello again. One day, i watched some SMBX videos in YouTube. I watched one that, while the level loads, a little scene with the Bowser appears, replacing the number of lives that you have. I search more how do this and i discovered the LunaDLL. I want much use this application, however i don't found the download in anyplace! Exist a download link?

It is only allowed for the SMBX Elite Clan members, only.

LOL, LunaDLL is exclusive? Amazing, but it's sad about this...
Well, my episode don't need of the LunaDLL to be a good episode. Well, tanks for the help.
